The Technical Exhibition has always been one of the most popular destinations at the NASS Annual Meeting, offering attendees an opportunity to explore the latest advances in spine care technology while connecting directly with the companies and innovators shaping the future of the specialty.
From implants and instrumentation to imaging, biologics, navigation systems, and emerging technologies, the technical exhibition provides a hands-on opportunity to compare products, ask questions, and see demonstrations from the experts who design and develop them.
But this year, the exhibit hall offers even more opportunities to learn, collaborate, and discover what’s next.

NEW! Spine Venture Village—Where Innovation in Spine Takes Shape!
New for NASS 2026, the Spine Venture Village brings together startups, early-stage companies and emerging technologies in one dedicated area of the exhibit hall.
Designed as an innovation hub, the Spine Venture Village gives attendees the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs and clinicians developing the next generation of spine care solutions while learning about breakthrough technologies that may soon influence clinical practice.
Throughout the meeting, the area will feature incubator-style programming with practical discussions on topics including intellectual property, commercialization, fundraising, regulatory strategy, market access, and scaling new technologies. Rather than formal lectures, these sessions are designed as interactive conversations where attendees can hear directly from innovators, investors, and industry experts.
Spotlight Podiums
While exploring the Technical Exhibition, attendees can also catch concise Spotlight Podium presentations throughout the meeting.
These sessions highlight timely clinical topics across spine care, from complications and perioperative optimization to cervical surgery, spinal deformity, epidemiology, trauma, motion preservation, and psychosocial considerations. The multidisciplinary lineup makes it easy to step in for focused educational updates between meetings with exhibitors and colleagues.
Make Time to Explore
Whether you’re evaluating new technologies or discovering emerging companies, networking with industry leaders or adding a few more educational sessions to your schedule, the Technical Exhibition offers something for every NASS 2026 attendee.
