International Travel
Letters of invitation are available for visa support. US entry via the Visa Waiver Program requires ESTA approval prior to travel. The decision to issue a visa is the sole judgment of the local US Embassy or Consulate.
Pack Smart
- Make sure you have access to your registration confirmation email (with barcode) and photo ID.
- If you’re registering on-site as a student or resident in-training, bring a signed letter from your program director confirming your current status.
- All badges must be picked up on-site.

Coding Course
Coding Update 2025: Mastering the Coding Maze takes place at the CCC on Thursday, November 13, and is available for a separate fee. This course provides up to 15 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM and AAPC CEUs (Core A, CPCO, CPMA, etc).
Speaker Information Center (SIC)
Located on-site at the CCC. Instructional, symposia, and special presentation speakers should upload on-site at least one hour prior to their session. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate personal laptops.

Presidential Soiree

For the first time, the Presidential Soiree will open its doors to a limited number of ticketed attendees. Sunday Brunch
Close out the meeting in style with our first-ever Sunday Brunch. After the General Session wraps, head straight to the Technical Exhibition for a hearty sendoff with no travel required. Enjoy a warm meal, connect with friends and colleagues one last time, and bid Denver farewell over eggs, coffee, and conversation.
